Position / Designation: Registered Nurse 

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our team. License: DHA License /  Eligibility letter as a Registered Nurse

Certificate: Attested Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a home health care setting.

Skills:

  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in home health care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a home care environment.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and medication management.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and ensure accurate documentation of all interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, setting appropriate goals for patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and necessary lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjust care plans accordingly, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation of all care provided.

Certificates: 

  • Attested High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years Nursing Diploma

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  • Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory tests as directed.
  • Administer medications under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse.
  • Assist with wound care and dressing changes as per established protocols.
